, THIS MATTER having come on for hearing upon the ~
Husband's Petition for Temporary Restraining Order against ~
the Wife on October 7, 1977, and the Court having heard
argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in hte
premises, it is upon consideration,

~ ORDER~D AND ADJUDGED as follows: . -
~ 1. That the parties hereto are temporarily restrained
from bothering, threatening or harassing the other.
2. That neither of the parties hereto shall call the
~ ,
~ other at their residence or place of business and shall comanuni-

cate to eachother through their respective attorneys.
~ ~ 3. That should either of the parties violate the ~
terms of this Restraining Order, then the St. Lucie County ~
~ Sheriff's Department or any other law enforce~nt agency
or~law enforcement officer, is hereby authorized and directed

! to take said party~into custody and to incarcerate said party
~ in the St. Lucie County jail for a period of thirty (30) days.
