~ ORDER FOR ALIMONY PENDENTE LITE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon Petition of -
the Wife and the Court, having given full consideration to
all the evidence, finds and determines that this Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;

~ that the relation between tk~e husband and the wife now exists
~ between the parties; and that the Wife requires temporary
~ j financial support for herself. It is thereupon, ~

f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband pay to the
Wife the sum of $25.00 per week starting October 14, 1977,
~ as temporary alimony to be paid to the Clerk of the Court. •

i~ It is,
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife's entitlement
to temporary alimony shall automatically ce~se when and if
the Wife leaves the State of Florida. -
