DISSOLUTION_OF MARRIAGE

This cause coming on for trial this date, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
~ determinea: T'his Court has ~urisdiction of the partiee and
- subject matter of thie suit; that the relation o£ husband and
wife no~ eaiste between the parties; and that the marriage ~
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be .
diseolved. It ia thereupon ~
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.~ The.marriage between
LOUIS W. CARTER and VIRGINIA M. CARTER be and the same is _
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are herebq
_ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arieing therefrom.
- 2. CUSTODY. Sole cuatody of DAVID WAYNE CARTER, the
minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife,
VIRGINIA M. CARTER, with the fullowing visitation privilegea
reserved to the Husband: .
A. The Huaband shall have visitation from 5:00 P.M.
on Friday to 6:00 P.M. on Sundaq every other weekend, and ~
the Husband ehall notify the Wife at least twentq-four (24)
hours prior to anq visitation privilege that he ie unable
to eaercise.
- B. The Hueband shall also have visitation privileges
grom 8~00 A.M..to S:OO P.M, on EasCer and Thank~giving
every other ysar, and for a period of th~e~a day~ duriag
