do 80, then this Final Judgment shall operate as a conveyanca
of the said properties to the Wife without further proceedings.

C. The Husband is hereby awarded the home and real
eatate located in Indian River.County, Florida, and ~ra -
particularly described as ~ollows: -

This award is intended to grant all of the Wife's
right, title and intereat in said property to the Husband.
The Wife is ordered to convey her interest in the above t

of entry of this Final Judgment~ and in the event she fail8
~ to do eo. then thie Final Judgment shall operate a8 a conveyance
of the above-described property to the Auaband without further
proceedinge. ~

separate propertq all of the furniture located in the dwelling

ordered to deliver said furniture to the Wife upon her request.
