THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY SECOND MORTGAGE, subject and
inferior to that certain f irst mortgage from mortgagees
, herein to Citizens Federa~ Savings arid Loan Aasociation
of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated August 24, 1977,

ori~inal principal amount of $18,000.00.
{ In the event that the mortgagor defaults in any payment or
condition stipulated in any prior mortgage for a peri~od of
30 days or in the event of any default in a prior mortgage
so as to cause such prior mortgage to be accelerated and to
become due and payable during the continuation of this mort-
; gage then the entire sums secured by this mortgage shall-become
~ due and payable as Che option of the Mortgagee.
~ The Mortgagor covenants and agrees to make all papments and ~
~ perform all conditions and covenants called for in any prior
~ mortgages now encumbering the propertq, and in the eient of
