Agreement was recorded-3n Officia2 R~ecords Book 262,~Page 1902 of the Public Reoords
of St. Lucie Cowity, Fiorida on Jarnuary ~7, 1977 is hereby am~ended to read as follvws:

time thereafter, tke sellers agree to give the purchasen a Deed and
take back a purchase naney nartgage for the difference. Costs of~this
•transaction shall bepa id in accordance with the usual standard busi- ~
ness transactions wi t
h the sellers payi~g for the insurance and the
stmug~s on the Deed and the purchasers paying for the costs of dra~wi.r~g
the l~brtgage, stamps on the Note, intangible tax on the Martgage and
the recordi~g of said I~brtgage. ~ ~
According to the terms and conditions set forth in Paragragh 7 of the afore-
mentioned qgreement For Deed the holders of the qgreement For Deed, ERNEST C. HARitEY
and •HEi~I W. ~~ARVEY, his ~,rife hereby authorize the Assigrnment of said qgreement For
I)eed from S'I'ANLEY 1UCI(ER and MARY 'IUCI~R, his wife to JAI~.S QtEX.
In the event the Assig,nee, JAI~S GRAY, defaults on aziy te~ms and conditions
stated in the afor~rtentiond Agree~ment For.Deed he shall Quit-Claim back to EEtt~.S"I' C.
HARVEY and t~I.IIV W. HARV6'Y, his wife all of his ri~t, title and interest in and to
the property referred to in said Agreenent For Deed.
