The undersigned, as personal representative of the above

~ 1, The decedent, HAROLD R. VOSS, a resident of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, died on December 1, 1976, and Letters of Admin-

istration were issued to Petitioner on January 7, 1977,

payment, settlement, or other disposition of all clain?s and
debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for
the payment of all expenses of administration.
3. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns wit
; the•Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this

~~.court evidence of the s~tisfaction of this estate's obligations

for both Federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
