ORDER SETTING ASID$ AOMESTEAD REAL ESTATE
~ This cause cominq on this day to be heard upon the Petition
of Jewell S. Landers to Set Aside Property as homestead property
and it appearinq to the Court as follows:
1. Leon Watson Landers died owning a parcel of real property
located within a municipality consisting of less than a half acre.
At the time of his death he was domiciled in it and was the head of
the faiaily consisting of he and his wife.
2. Decedent's lineal descendants at the time of his death
were-his six adult daughters,.Ailda Pritchard, Ray Razee, Lawanna
Layfield, Evelyn Lucas, Hazel Pratcher and Peggy Micheals; and
the Court being fully advised in.the prenises, it is thereupon,
ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That certain parcel of real property described as
Lots 34 arid 35 (less_ St.), Block 2 of AMY ANNA PARR SUBDIVISION, ~

Plat Book 4, page 71 of the public records of St. Lucie County, 1
Florida, a/k/a 208 N. 18th Ct., Fort Pierce, F1 33450, constituted

i the homestead property of Leon Watson Landers at the time of his

; death.
~ 2. Leon Watson Landers being survived by lineal descendants, .

~ the homestead passes under the provisions of Florida Probate Code
732.401 as follows:

~ A life estate to Leon Watson Lande=s' surviv~ng spouse,
~ Jewell S. Landers, with remainder in Leon Watson Landers' -
; lineal descendants in being at the time of his death,
~ six adult daughters, Hilda Pritchard, Kay Kazee, Lawanna
~ Layfield, Evelyn Lucas, Hazel Pratcher and Peqgy Micheals.
