1. The decedent, IAA SWAN, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on tlie ~_31st day of January, 1976,
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on June 29. , 19 7 6.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver. of Account and
. Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent.to Discharqe
of Personal Representative.. ~
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate,
by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all
; ~claims and debts that v~ere presented, and by paying or maki.ng
f provision for the paym~ent of all expenses of adm.inistration. '

Petitioner has paid the sum of $3,657.00 to Charles E. Becht
~
~ Estate, and the sum of $1,567.OU.to Neill Griffin Jeffries &
Lloyd, as attorneys for the personal representative, and the
~ ~na of $ 3,123. 65 to th~e persanal representative .
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re-
~ turns ~rith the Internal Revenue Service and with the Depart-
~ ment of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has ~obtained and .

~ filed with this court evi.dence of the satisfaction of this
~ estate's ohligations for both federal and Florida estate
~

~ ~ taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes ta make distri.bu-
