day of August, 1977, and should have been received by the Adminis-
trator, through its counsel, on or before August 19, 1977; that
payment of the principal amount of the judqment, in the sum of ~
$50.000.00, was not paid by said Administrator until-the lOth ~
day of September, 1977; that a reasonable period of time for ~
such payment should have been on or before the 29th day of August,
.
1977; and that the Administrator should contribute to the Appel-
lants herein, i.e., to Charles H. Carlton, by payment of the sum
of $98.63 from cash assets bf the Estate of PERRY CARLTON,
deceased; and thereupon, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That this Court enter a separate Order, on this
date, granting said motion filed by the Estate of RICHARD P. KENNEY,
deceased, and directing the Clerk of this Court to pay to said
Estate the sum of $4,890.37 from the funds deposited by Charles
H. Carlton under the supersedeas bond executed on January 9, 1976,
and filed herein.
~ That the Administrator of the Estate of PERRY CARL-

~ TON, deceased, be, and it is hereby, ordered to pay forthwith to
Charles H. Carlton the sum of $98.63 from cash assets of said

i Estate as a contribution toward interest paid upon appeal herein.

~ 3. That the Clerk of this Court be, and he is hereby,
ordered to pay the remaining sum of $5,109.63 to Charles H.
~ Carlton from the fund deposited by him under the supersedeas bond
~ executed on January 9, 1976, and cancel said 'supersedeas bond
~ ~ . .
