THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon Petition of

the Wife and the Court, having given full consideration to ~
all the evidence, finds and determines that this Court has

jurisdiction of the parties~and subject matter of this suit;
~i that the relation between the husband and the wife now exists
' between the parties; and that the wife requires temporary i
i }
financial support for herself. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
4 1. That the Husband pay to the Wif2 the sum of

~ $25.00 per week starting October 14, 1977, as temporary
~ ~
~ alimony to be paid to the Clerk of the Court and by him
~
~ ~ remitted promptly to PAMELA J. TRAVER. In addition there

is hereby assessed the sum ~f $2.00 as statutory costs to be

added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
fi
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
'f ,
-parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while

; - 2. That the Wife's entitlement to temporary alimony

~ shall automatically cease when and if the Wife leaves the ~
