NOTE
I: That certain Promissory Note in the original principal
sum of Four Million Five Fiundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars
($4,500,000.00), t~iven by Mortgagor to Commerce Union Bank, a
Tennessee banking corporation, dated April 21, 1976, bearing interest~
and payable as specified therein. Said Note provides for the payment
of costa of collection, including attorneys' fees, is currently in
existence and its full terms and conditions are deemed to be ~
incorporated herein by reference.. Said Note has a current principal
balance due of Four Million and No/100 Dollars ($4,000,000.00).
L~IOTE II: That certain Promisaory Note in the original principal
sum of Four Million Five 8undred Thousand and No/100 Dollars
($4,500,000.00) given by Mortgagor to Third National Bank in
Nashville, a national banking association, dated April 21, 1976,
bearing interest and payable as specified therein. Said Note
provides for the payment of the costs of collection, including
attorneys' fees, is currently in existence and its full tenasQand
conditions are deemed to be incorporated herein by =eference. ~
Said Note has a current principal balance due of Four Million and
No/100 Dollars ($4,000,000.00).
