The Centerline of Right of Way ~ ~
Begin at a point an the West line of Section 18, Township ~
38 South, Range 41 East, said point being 1240.64 feet south
of the Northwest corner of said Section 18 as measured
along the West line, a line through which point bears i
~S 00°13'A1" W; thence run S 89°45'21" E a distance of 5260:69

Begin at the Sou th boundary of the right oF way on the West line -
of Section 18 at a distance of 100.00 feet (as measured on a
perpendicular to the centerline ) from the centerline; thence :
run S 89°45'21" E a distance of 4921.64 feet, more or less, `

Begin the North boundary of the right of way on the West line of
