successors and assigns, as may reasonably be required; and that
said Mortgagor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land
and every part thereof and will defend the same aqainst the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, That if said Mortgagor shall pay unto
the said Mortgagee those certain promissory notes as follows:
That certain Promissory Note of even date herewith in the
original grincipal sum of Three Hundred Seventy-five Thousand
and No/100 D~llars ($3?5,000.40) given by Mortgagor to Jack C.
Massey, bearing interest and payable as specified therein. Said
Note provides for the payment of the costs of collection,
includinq attorneys' fees, is currently in existence and its
full terms and conditions are deemed to be incorporated herein _
by reference. Advances under said Note are to be made {
pursuant to a separate written Agreement between the parties ;
of even date herewith. ;

and shall duly, promptly and fully perforn?, discharge, execute,
