The Centerline of Right of Way
Begin at a point on the West line of Section 18, Township . ~
38 South, Range 41 East, said point b~eing 1240.64 feet south
of the Northwest corner of said Section 18 as measured
along the West line, a line through which point bears ' ~
S 00°13'41" W; thence run S 89°A5'21" E a distance of 5260:69
feet, more or less, to the Point of Intersection of the West
, line of the East 20 feet of Block 5, Plat of the Cleveland's ~
2nd A~dition, Plat Book 11, Page 63, Public Records of Palm ~
Beach (now Martin) County, Florida, as it is presently ~
constituted, also.being the Westerly right of way line of ~

The South 8oundary Line of Riqht of Way
Begin at the South boundary of the right of way on the West line ~
of Section 18 at a distance of 100.00 feet (as measured on a
perpendicular to the centerline ) from the centerline; thence
. run S 89°45'21" E a distance of 4921.64 feet, more or less,
to the Eas terly boundary of Bloc k 7, said Cleveland's 2nd
Addition; thence at a Southerly perpendicular distance of
50.00 feet to the Westerly extension of the North line of the
South 11.50 feet of Lot 18, Block 5 of said Cleveland's 2nd
Addition, run a distance of 339 feet, more or less, to the
• West line of the East 20 feet of said Block 5.
The North Boundary Line of Right of Wav

Section 18 at a distance of 100.00 feet (as measured at a per-
pendicular to the centerline) from the centerli-ne; thence run

a distance of 69.50 feet, more or~less, from the centerline run
