The following descriptions oE road rights o~ way are for
. reference only to locate those lands excluded from this
mortgage:

The Centerline of Right of Way
Begin at a point on the West li~e of Section 18, Township .
38 South, Range 41 East, said point being 1240.64 feet south
of the Northwest corner of said Section 18 as measured
along the West line, a line through which point bears
S 00°13'A1" W; thence run S 89°45'21" E a distance of 5260:69
feet, more_or less, to the Point of Intersection of the West
~ line of the East 20 feet of 81ock 5, Plat of.the Cleveland's
2nd Addition, Plat Book 11, page 63, Public Records of Palm
6each (now Martin) County, Florida, as it is presently
constituted, also being the Westerly right of way line of
State Road 714 and the North line of the South 11.50 feet
of l.ots 18 of said Block 5.
The South 8oundar_y Line of Right of Way
Begin at the South boundary of the right of way on the West line ,
of 5ection 18 at a distance of 100.00 feet (as n~easured on a
perpendicular to the centerline ) from the centerline; thence
run S 89°45'21" E a distance of 4921.64 feet, more or less,
to the Eas terly boundary of Block 7, said Cleveland's 2nd
Addition; thence at a Southerly perpendicular distance~of .
50.00 feet to the Westerly extension of the North line of. the
South 11.50 feet of Lot 18, Block 5 of said Cleveland's 2nd
Addition, run a distance of 339-feet, more or less, to the
, V~est line of the East 20 feet of said Slock 5.

Begin the North boundary of the right of way on the West line of ~
Section 18~at a distance of 100.00 feet (as measured at a per-
pendicular to the centerline) from the centerline; thence run

; Westerly perimeter of said Cleveland's 2nd Addition; thence at

perpendicular distance of 50.00 feet to the Westerly extension of

Cleveland's 2nd Addition, run a distance of 359 feet, more or less,
