KNOW ALL MEN BY THESB PRESENTS, that the undersigned for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), to them in hand pa~id
by the FORT PIERC$ UTILITIES AUTHORITY of~the CITY OF FORT PIERCE,~
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, do hereby convey and qrant to
the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, for the use and benefit of the FORT l
PIERCE UTILITIES AUT~iORITY, the privileqe and easement to construct, •~S
maintain and repair a 16-inch wat~r main, for the use in the construc-
tion, maintenance, and repair of said 16-inch water main, to serve the ~ ~
AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK. in and upon the following clescribed property,
to-w it :

necessary in the construction, maintenance, and repair of said 16-inch
water main,fwith the right to go upon said land, from time to time,
as may be necessary to construct; maintain, and repair:said 16~inch
water main. No permanent structures shall be placed or installed
. on said easement.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own said
land and have the right to grant said easement.
