KNOW ALL MLN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned for and '
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), to them in hand paid
by the FORT PIERCE UTILITSES AUTHQRITY of the CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
receipt whereof is hereby ackna~rledqed, do hereby convey and grant to
the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, for the use and benefit of the FORT
PIBRCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY, the privileqe and easement to construct,
maintain and repair a 16-inch water main~, for the use in the construc-
tion, maintenance, and repair of said 16-inch water main, to serve the
AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK, in and upon the following described property.
to-wit: The West 25 feet of tha #ollowing d,escribed Parc~~:
8aid property beinq a part of Tract 48, GARDE~ CY~1'Y FARMS, .
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 5. Public

water main. No permanent structures shall be placed or installed
on said easement.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own said
land and have the right to grant said easement.
