DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing, the Court having
considered the Petition, the Answer, the written Separation And
Property Settlement Agreement between the parties hereto, executed
and acknowledged by them and the same having been introduced into
evidence, the Court having heard testimony; and the Court, being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds that the marriage
' between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken and that a
reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and it is, upon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
EMMA BURKE and THOMAS E. BURRE, be, and the same is hereby,
~ dissolved and the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever

~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between .
~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby

~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing, or
