F heretofore entered into between the parties to this cause, ~ settling and adjusting forever all riqhts of the parties of ali- mony, property rights, and all other rights arising out of the marriaqe relationship of the parties, marked herein in evidence - as Exhibit A, be, and it is hereby, approved, confirmed and rati- ~ fied, and made a part of this Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marria~ge, and eact~ of the parties to this cause is hereby ordered to fully comply with each and every provision, term and condition thereof. 4. That the name of KOBER which the Wife was known by previous to her marriaqe is restored to her. 5. That each party shall pay their own attorney's fees as set forth in the Separation And Property Settlement Agreement to their respective attorney within sixty (60) days from the date of this Judgment. - 6. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: That the above-entitled ~ i ',i hereby retains jurisdiction of the above-styled cause and of the I parties thereto for the purpose of entering such other Orders, ! Judgments, Process or other instruments deemed necessary and proper ~ to fully and continually enforce this Final Judgment and the pro- visions, terms and conditions of said Separation Agreement.
