Husband - and ~ FRANCES ELIZABETH CHILDRESS, ~ Wife. ~ ; ; ~nEn Firu~ Jvncr~rrr ~ DISSOLUTYON OF MARRIAGE Thia cause having come on for trial the 13th day of October, 197?, and the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence finds and.determiness Thia Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Ausband, LESLIE CHILDRESS, and the Wife, FRANCES ELIZABETH CHILDRESS, be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matritnony-heretofore existinq between them and from the obligations arising-therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Permanent custody of the minor child of the I~ ~ parties, namely, SHEREE CHILDRESS; shall be with the Wife, subject ~ to the Husband having reasonable rights of visitation to and with ~ said child. ~ 3. SUPPORT. The Husband shall a su rt for tlie maintenance ~ P Y PPo ~ of the monor child of the parties the sum of $30.00 per week, conunencing on the 14th day of October, 1977, and on each successive week thereafter. Said support shall be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, and.the Husband shall pay said support by cash, cashier's check, certified check or money order, plus the sum of ~ $2.00 as Clerk's fee. The Wife shall keep the Clerk advised of her address. ~ 4. RESTRAINING ORDER.
