5. JOINT FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. The Husband is hereby ~

ordered to asawae, pay and indemnify the Wife as to all joint
financial obliqations owing by the parties as~of the date hereof,
specifically includinq the hoapital bill relatinq to the birth of ~
the minor child of the partiea and the bill owing to the Doctors'
Clinic in Vero Beach, Florida. The Wife shall not incur any
obliqations on behalf of the Husband subsequent to the date of '

6. WIFE'S ATTORNEYS' FEES. The Husband shal,l pay as

attorneys' fees and costs of this action on behalf of the Wife to `
her attorneys, McDONALD & KENNEY, Profes~ional Association, the sum
of $282.50, which shall include the teraporary attorneys' fees
previously awarded herein, but which have remain unpaid, which fees
and coBts shall be paid in monthly installments of $50.00 ~
directly to the attorneys for the Wife, c/o Suite 200, 1600 South
Federal Hiqhway, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, com~aencing on Nov. 1, 1977.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be

proper.
