Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Lot #141 of Venture Out at St. Lucie, Inc.,
a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof
recorded in Official Records Book 189 at page 1677, et se of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
