Clerk of the Circuit Court of st. Luc ie County, State of Florida, securing
certain note in the sum of 57.821.00
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Lot #182 (J-9) of Holiday Out at St. Lucie,
Inc., a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium
thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 168, Page 1348, et se
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida as amended by
Agreement dated January 31, 1969 recorded in Book 175, Page 1682,
et se said Public Records ("Lot"). ~
