Wlb[T~AS, the Beneficiaries have purchased the follawing-
described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

and are causing title to be taken in the name of the CENTRAL BANK
AND TItUST CQMPANY, as Trustee under Land Trust No. 75-LT-63-1045;

WHERE~S, the Land Trust Agreement being entered into as
a matter of convenience to the individual Beneficiaries hereunder,
is reflecting its beneficiaries as the Trustees under this Indenture
of Trust ; and
' WHERF•AS, the Beneficiaries hereunder believe it to be to
i their bsst interests to reduce their agreement with the Trustees

' herein to writing for the purpose of protecting the said assets,

and further, for the purpose of no~ninating the Trustees herein to

~ ' act as agents on their~behalf and on behalf of all awners hereunder
i.n conjunction with the manage~nent of the Land Trust aforem~ntioned
and in order to facilitate the handling of said property.
NOW, Tf~REFORE, in consideration of the mutual cavenants
passing between the parties and other good and valuable cansidera-
~ tions, the receipt of which is hereby acknawledged, it is, there-

fore, agreed as follows:
~ 1. The purpose of this Trust Agreement is to name Trustees -

to act as managers or Trustees of that certain Land Trust held by
