~ (viii) Notwithstanding the authority granted
tH'~ Trustees herein, it is the intention of the parties
hereto that this Trust shall be engaged in inve~tment
activities only and shall not engage in trade of busi- ~
ness. :
4. Each of the Beneficiaries do hereby agree that upan
request received in writing from the Trustees, each of the Bene-
ficiaries shall contribute their proportionate share of any expenses
incurred in.conjunction with the trust property, including, but not
limited to, mortgage payments of both principal and/or interest,
insurance to protect the intereats of the Beneficiar.ies, fees and
expenses incurred in conjunction with protection of the property
and any such miscellaneous expenses that may be incurred on behalf
of the Trust property by the Trustees for the ultimate l~enefit of
the Beneficiaries.
5. DISTRIBTJTION OF PROCEEDS OF SALE: Upon sale of
the Trust property hereunder, the proceeds received.as a result of
such sale shall be divided between the return of capital and pro-
fits. The proportions shall be determined by accountants for the
Trust, and such determination shall be binding upon all Beneficiaries

€ (A) The capital portion of the distribution shall

be distributed as follo~ws :
(i) First funds available shall be used
~ to repay the Beneficiaries in proportion to their
original capital investments made in this Tntst.
(ii) Once all original capital investments
made by the Beneficiaries have been repaid, to wit:
the cash at closing, plus closing costs, etc., as
~ reflected on the books and records of the Trust,
then 1096 (TFN PER CENT) of all profits made aver
and abave a total price of $50,000.00 (FIFTY TfiOUSAND
DOLLARS) that may be secured as a result of the sale
~ of said property, shall be paid to MARTIN NAFTAI,
' ~ and ALLAN EASTC7N • of which 6% (SIX PER CII1T) shall
inure to the benefit of MARTIl~I N1~FTAL, and 496 (FOUR
PER CFNT) to ALLAN EASTON in consideration of thei.r
services rendered to this Trust.
