TO FILE AMENDED COMPLAINT
This cause havinq come to be heard upon the Plaintiff's
Motion for Leave to file an Amended Complaint herein and it
appearing to the Court that the only adverse party to respond to .
the original complaint filed herein has stipulated to the filing
of an Amended Complaint, and th~ Court being-otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED~as follows:
l. That the Plaintiff is hereby granted leave to file an
Amended Complaint and Re-Notice of Lis Pendens heFein, which shall
be filed within 20 days from the date of this Order.
2. That all Defendants named in such Amended Complaint
i shall have 20 days from service thereof to file responsive pleadings.
