THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard upon Defendants' Motion
to Strike Paragraphs 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 of PIa in-
tiffs' First Amended Complaint,. and the Court having heard the
arg~ents for the counsel for the respective parties and being
o therwise further advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AI~ID ADJUDGED that: ~
1. The Motion to Strike be and the same is partially granted.
Paragraphs 11, 12. 14, 15, 16 and 17 shall be stricken from the
~ Complaint.
2. The Plaintiffs may, if they so desire within 10 days of the
~

f date of this order, file a reply to the affirmative defenses alleged
by the Defendants.
3. By stipulation of counsel for the parties, Plaintiffs with-
draw their. demands for a,jury trial.
