. _ . TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on before this Court on the 2lst day of
October, A. D. 1977, upon the wife's prayer for temporary re- -
lief. Both parties appeared before the Court, gave testimony
and were represented by counsel. In addition. certain items
of documentary evidence were admitted on behalf of the wife.
Havi.ng heard the testimony of the parties, considered the other
evidence in the cause, heard the argument of counsel and being
otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ (1) Temporary custody of the minor children of the

' ~ parties, TE1I~iY E. BRANDT and RICHARD DALE BRANDT, JR., is
hereby ordered to the wife with the right of reasonable visitation
reserved'to the husband. Said reasonable visitation shall include
every Sunday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and any other
reasonable time and place, upon the husband giving adequate
notice to the wife. -
(2) Temporary exclusive use and possession of the marital
home, appliances and furnishings is.hereby awarded to the wife.

The husband is directed to make the mortgage payment thereon in

a timely fashion as they become due.

(3) Temporary exclusive use and possession of the 1976
Chrysler automobile is hereby awarded to the wife. The husband

AND MUSCHOTT is hereby ordered to make the monthly payments thereon in a
