21. Ftitw~e Ad~sscer. Upon request by Borrower, I.ender, at Lender's option within twenty yeus from the date of this
Mongage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interat thercon. shall be securcd by this
Mortgage when evideooed by promissory notes stating that said notes are securcd hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the iadebtedncss secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in acvordance herewith to protect the
security of thia Mortgage, excood the original amount of the Note plus USf
22. Releare. Upqa paymtat of all sums securcd by this Mortgsge, [.ender shall rek.ue this Mortgage without charge

23. Attorsep's Feea. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's foes" shall include attorney's fees, if any,
