roceiver appointod by a oourt to enter upon. take possession of a~nd manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the
Property, including those put due. All rents coUxted by the roaiver shall be applied fint to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and rnltcction of rents, including, but not limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on' raeiver

21. Ftiq~ee A~~a~cea. Upon roquat by Borrower, l.cnder, at Lender's option within twe~ty yean from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Futurc Advances to Borrower. Such Futurc Advances. with interest thereon. shall be securcd by this
Mortgage when evidetx~ed by promissory~ notes stating that said notes are secured hercby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtodness sxured by this Mortgage, not incfuding sums advanoed in accordana he~e.wvith to protect the
