found to be owing to the Plaintiff on account of the principal,
interest and other charqes upon the Note and Mortgage payable by the

said Defendants under the Mortgage herien sued upon, plus interest at ~
the rate of 6$ per annwa from the date of this iudgment to the 4

date of sale, all of which shall be payable to the Plaintiff herein.
E. The remaining sum, if any there be, to be deposited with
the Reqistry of this Court by the said Clerk and there to remain until
disbursement in accordance with further Order of this Court.
12. Upon the issuance and filing of the Certificate of Title
herein referred to all the Defendants herein and all claimants by,
throuqh, under or against them, shall stand and be forever barred and
~ foreclosed of any right and all e state, rights, interests, demands
and equities of redemption in and to the said mortgaged property and
every part and parcel there~f, and upon production of said Cer~tificate
of Title, the said Defendants, and each of them, and all claimants as , ~
aforesaid shall surrender and yield possession of said property to -
the purchaser at said sale or to his or its agent thereunto authorized.
13. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for the
~ purpose of making any and all further Orders, Judgments and Decrees
~ ~
; herein as may be just and equitable.
