CLIFTON Y.-YATES and GENEVA C. YATES, his wife, and the
defendants', DEVITT_J. ADAMS, JENNIE M. ADAMS, his wife, and
JOHN M. McCARTY, JR.~ individually and as Trustee, Stipulation
for Final Judgment, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ORDERED that the Stipulation of the parties is incorporated
herein as the Final Judgment in this action, and all parties
are hereby ordered to abide by same.
