BEFORE ME this day personally appeared WALTER H. CASWELL,
JR.; individually and as Trustee of FAIRWAY CORPORATION, and
DORIA A. CASWELL, individually and as Trustee of FAIRWAY CORPORATION,.
who, being duly sworn, degoses and says:
1. That they were directors of Fairway Corporation at the
time of its dissolution.
2. That they and each of them are duly qualified to act as
a Trustee for Fairway Corporation, a dissolved Florida corporation.
3. That they constitute a majority of the Trustees existing
at this time.
