The Petitioners, LUCILLE HIPP ENNS and JANT HIPP BEACH,
allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
nominated Co-Personal Representatives under the Last Will and Testa-
ment of NELLIE J. HIPP, Deceased, said Will being dated March 18, 1974.
Petitioners' names a.nd addresses are: LUCILLE HIPP ENNS, 7005 Roberts
Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 and JANE HIPP BEACH, P. O. Box 427,
Trenton, Florida, 32693, and the name and address of the Petitioners'
attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, NELLIE J. HIPP, whose last known address was
2303 S. 40th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on September 6, 1977
-at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at t6e time of death, Decedent was domi-
ciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
