I, NELLIE J. HIPP, a resident of the County of St. Lucie
State of-Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be .
my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. ~
~ FIRST: I direct my Co-Executrices to pay out of my
estate all of my just debts, including tYie expenses~of my last
illness and funeral expenses as soon as practicable after my death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath the sums of Two
Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars each to my dauqhters, LUCILLE HIPP
ENNS, Fort Pierce,-Florida, and KATHRYN HIPP HUGGINS, Fort Pierce,
Florida, to be theirs absolutely. ~
- THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my personal possessions, including
clothinq, household furnishings and personal property of every kind
and description to my children then surviving me, to be divided
among them as they desire, per stirpes.
~ FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,

residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, wherever
i
~ situate, and whether acquired before or after the execution of
this Will, including any life insurance payable to my estate, to
. my children then surviving me, in equal shares, share and share
alike, per stirpes. I direct that my Co-Executrices sell any
homes, including furniture, which I may own at the time of my
~ - ~
death after the specific bequests have been qiven as above set
a forth; and the net proceeds from said sales be included in my
~ residuary estate.
