FIFTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my daughters, LUCILLS SIPP ENNS, Fort Pferce~ Florida and
JANS HIPP HEACS, Trenton, Florida, as Co-Executrices of this, my
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, to serve without bond. I expressly confer
upon said Co-Executrices full authority and power to sell and
convey any part or all of said estate at public or private sale,
with or without notice, as they may deem best and without any
order of Court. I authorize said Co-Executrices to make qood and
sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold ttie proceeds
of any sale to the same uses as hereinbefore declared in the
several items of this, my Will. I further hereby expressly confer ~

upon said Co-Executrices the authority and pawer to borrow money ;
for the use of my estate in any instance where they may think ;
i
it necessary and proper, and to secure in mortqage or any other i
form of security this or any part of my estate, they may do this .
