PRE-JUDGMENT WRIT.OF REPLEVIN
This cause having come to be heard upon the Petition of

Plaintiff, ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMFANY, INC., and i
the Court, having heard argument of counsel and upon examin- ~
ing the record herein, finds that pursuant to Florida Statute
578.068, Plaintiff is entitled to a Pre-Judgment Writ of
Replevin, for the following-described property: one 1971
International Tractor, Model COF4070A, S/N 259471G455175, '
; which is in the possession of rche De~endants, CLYDE H. REID,
~ -
; JR., and CHARLIE BAXTER, d/b/a ATLANTIC TRUCK BRORERS.
~ Therefore, it is

~ ORDERED AND AUJUDGED that if Plaintiff shall post a

~ - replevin bond in the amount of $20,500, the Clerk of the

Court shall issue to Plaintiff a Pre-Judgment Writ of Re-
plevin commanding the Sheriff to replevy the described
property and to deliver it into the possession of the Plain-
tiff forthwith.
