testimony of the parties and argument of counsel and being ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ;

1. That the Husband, CLEAVE KINDER, is hereby
Ordered to pay a11.Doctor, Hospital and drug bills incurred by i
the Wi~e for the care and treatment of her fractured arms,

including but not limited to Dr. Grober's bill in the amount of '

$386.00 and Dr.. Count's bill in the amount of $8U.00. ~

2. As of 12 noon. Fridav. October 28. 1977. the .
~ Husband is Ordered to vacate the marital home located at 612 ~
~
~ North 14th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and he is Ordered to
~ refrain from comine on or about said oremises until further
~ Order of this Court. The Husband shall at the time he vacates
the marital home be oermi~tted to take with him all his nersonal
beloneines. but all iointlv owned uersonal uronertv shall be
left in the marital home until further Order of this Court.
3. The Husband shall commencine October 28, 1977.
