ORDER REFORMING WILL
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the Petition to
Reform Last Will and Testament of Rachel Lee, Deceased; and notice
having been given to all heirs; and written consent to reformation
havinq been ffled as to all of the heirs and it appearing to the
Court upon review of the Petition filed under oath that property
located at 3730 Avenue N, referred to in paragraph 4 of said ~
~ Will as property to be sold, is the same property described in
paraqraph 1 of said Will as being devised to Juanita Lee and
Julia Pear1 Lee with a legal description of Lots 15 and 16,
. Blokc 23, Sunland Gardens Subdivision. .
~ Further, it appearing to the Court that the property
~ described as Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Helen Hanunond Subdivision,

a recorded in Plat Book 7 at page 23 of the Public Records of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, was in fact owned by the decedent at
the tune of her death, but throuqh error and omission was omitted
. from her Will. And, the Court further finding that all of the
heirs agree that the Will should be modified and reformed by
~ inserting -in paragraph 1 of said Will, the devise of Lots 4 and ~
~
~ 5, Block 1, of Helen Hammond Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
~
! Book 7 at page 23 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~
_ i Florida to Juanita Lee and Julia Pear].~Lee, in equal shares,
~ it is upon consideration . .
4~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

i~ (1) That paragraph 1 of the Last Will and Testament of
~ Rachel Lee, deceased, be and the same is hereby modified to read (
