PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION
The petitioners, JERRY EUGENE REED and ROBERTA KARN,
formerly R08ERTA MILLER, allege:
1. Petitioners have~an interest in the above estate as
sole surviving heirs at law and devisees under the Will of de-
cedent, their mother, FLO M. REED, having died on August 22, 1973,
at Fort Pierce, Florida. Petitioners names and addresses are:
JERRY EUGENE REED, 7539 Maumee Western Road, Maumee, Ohio, 43537,
and ROBER'A KARN, P.O. Box 274, Iron Mountain, Michigan, 49801,
and the name and address of petiti,oners' attorney are set forth

at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, ROBERT J. REED, whose last kriown address was
884 S.W. Solaz, Port St. Lucie, Florida, 33452, died on September
15, 1977, in Martin County, Florida, and, at the time of his death
was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of .
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent are:
A. JERRY ELTGII~IE REED, 7539 Maumee-Western Road,
- Maumee, Ohio, 43537, son, whose age is over 18 years;
- B. ROBER~KARN, P.O. Box 274, Iron Mountain, Mich-
igan, 49801, daughter, w~ose age is over 18 years.
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because de-
cedent died a resident of St. I,ucie County, Florida.
5. FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, Fort Pierce, Florida,
the named personal representative in decedent's Will has renounced
its right to act as personal representative, said renunciation being
