Petitioners are entitled by law to a preference in beinq appointed personal representative_of this estate and have agreed between _ themselves, that petitioner JBRRY ~UGTNE REED be the personal rep- resentative because he is qualified to act as such, should this Court grant this petition and so appoint him as personal repre- sentative by virtue of the concurrence of both petitioners herein, , the sole heirs of the deceased. 6. T'he nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are real property, an automobile and other tarigible personal property with a value of less than $60,0OO.OU. 7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will or Coc3i- cil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8. 8. The original of decedent's Last Will, dated Jannary 4. 19?3, .attested by MABLE C. DII,7.ON, IAUISE A. GREGORY and B. A. BITTAN, JR., accompanies this petition. _Petitioners request that decedent's Will be admitted to probate and that JERRY EUGENE REED be appointed personal represent- ative of the Florida estate of decedent, without bond, as petitioners have agieed that the title to the automobile will be placed solely ~ in the name of JERRY EUGEAIE REED and that ROBERTA KARN will re- ceive the household furnishi.ngs, considered of equal value, and that the real property in the estate will be distributed, in equal shar.es, to ~he two petitioners, thereby obviating the necessity of a bond tp be posted by JERRY EUGENE REED as personal representative.
