IAST ~ILL AND TESTAMENT

I, RABERT J. REED, of St. Lucie County, Florida, c'i4
hereby make, pub~ish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other~Wills and Codi-
cils heretofore made by me.
I. •
I direct my Executrix or Fxecutor, as the case may be,
to pay out of my estate all of my just debts, including the
expense of my last illness and funeral expenses.

All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
both real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or
hereafter acquired by me, I give, devise and bequeath to my
wife, FLO M. REED, if living, and if not, in equal shares, to
my son, JERRY EUGENE RSED, of 1080 Michigan Avenue, Waterville,
Ohio, 43566, and my daughter, ROBERTA MILLER, of 715 Peach
Orc2iard Drive, West Carrollton, Ohio, 45449.
- If either of my said children shall fail to survive me
and shall leave issue living at my death, such issue shall rep-
resent their parent and take the said parent's share, per
stirpes; ot3~erwise, the share of such child of mine shall drop
out,.thereby increasing the share of my other child then
living, or his or her issue, as the case may be.
III.
I hereby name, nominate and appoint my wife, FLO M.
REED, as Executrix of this Will, to serve without bond. If my
said wife should die, resign, be disqualified, unwilling or un-
