LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, PAUL H. SEARS, being of sound and disposing mind and

memory and being desirous of disposing of my entire estate upon _ ;

my death, do hereby m~ke, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking a11 former wi~.ls, codicils

and testamentary dispositions by me whatsoever heretofore made.
FIRST; I direct that my Executor hereinafter named sha11
pay all of my legal debts and funeraZ expenses as ~oon after my `
death as may be convenient. ~
SECOND: In the event that my wife, MARGARET C. SEARS,

survives me and does not die within ninety (90) days from my death, ~

I hereby give, will, bequeath and devise unto her all of~iny property, i
to be hers absolutely. _
THIRD: In the event that my wife, MARGARET C. SEARS, pre-
deceases me or dies within ninety (90) days from my death, I hereby
give, will, bequeath and devise all of my property, both real and
personal, to my children, RICHARD P. SEARS and PETEk A. SEARS,
equally, and to the survivor of them.
FOURTH: I hereby appoint my wife, MARGARET C, SEARS, to ~

be the Executor of this, my Last Wi21 and Testament, but sh~u2d she
be unable to act as such officer, I hereby appoint my children,
RI~HARD P. SEARS and PETER A. SEARS, jointly, and the survivor of them,
to act as Executors, and I hereby provide that neither of said per- `
