1. That on the 19th day of October, 1977, ISOM R.ANDOLPH, ~
late of the County of Sain-t Lucie and State of Florida, departed
this life intestate leaving an estate of the approximate value of
~30,000.
2. That to the best of the petitioner's knowledge and ~
belief, the decedent is survived by the following heirs-at-law:
(a) Naomi Blackmon Randolph
(b) Mildred Randolph Farrington .
3. That it is.necessary for a curator to be appointed to
take charge of said estate and preserve the same for the benefit of
those interested in it until such time as letters shall be gr.anted
~ upon the estate of said deceased.
I 4. Petitioner verily believes that tne decedent may have
~
~ bank accounts located in Sun Bank of Saint Lucie County, Florida
~ and First Federal Saving and Loan of Fort Pierce, Florida, that
will be withdrawn and distributed. That petitioner further believes
- that the real property and other tangi~le assets including an auto-
mobile and truck will be sold, wasted or otherwise disposed of.

W~RF.FORE, Petitioner prays for an Order appointing some
suitable person to act as curator in accordance with the laws of
~ the State of Florida and orders of this court until such time as
~
letters of administration or letters testamentary shall be granted
on said estate.
