the mental competency of rJvery T. ~~arrfson, and it appearinc~ to
the satisfaction af the Court thet the said Overy T. Harrison is
a a,ale of the age of approximately 72.years, is a citizen and
resident. of I?facon County, Ala:.ama~, being confined to the Veterana
hospitai`in Tuskegee, Alabama. an¢ being unarle to ~e pzesent in
Court because of his infirtr.ities an~ ~ental condi.tion; and that .

i:een ~un~oned, did hear the evidence in the said case, and the _
~ chazae of the Court in the premises, after the said jury had beeri
duly i~paneled and sworn vrell and truly to make inquisition of
~ the facts alle,ged in said petftion an~ a true verdict render,
accordinq to evidence, upon their oaths, and the said jury aia
~ return a verdict findin~ that the -said~ Overy T. Aarrison is a
~person of 'unsound nind.
It is therefore Ordered, P.djudged and Decreed by the Court
that the said Overy T. Harrison be and he fs hereby judged to be
of unsound min~; and that the said petition and all other pro-
~ ceedings~thereon, together with the ver~ict of the juiy be recorded.
It is further Grdered, P.djudqed en~ Decreed that the costs ?
of these preceedings be paic! out of the funds received for the - ~
