- ~ - The petition of the Lewis State Bank respectfully shows:
1 It is the duly qualified and actii~g guardian of Over
T. Narrison, Incompetent. appointed by this Honorable Court.
2. Said ward is the owner of certain praperty situate,
lying and being fan the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, whic
petitioner desires to sell described as follaws:
The north 30 feet of Lots 26 and 27 and all of
lots 29 and 30 in A. J. Bolen Subdivisian as in
Plat Book 4 at Page 38 af the St. Lucie County
Florida Public Records
3. Fetitianer cansiders that it is expedient and neces-
sary to sell such proper'ty, as it is non-income produc ing and
would be an expense_to ~the estate of such incompetent.
4. That the City of Fort Pierce, by condemnation, has
acquired the north 30 feet of Lots 26,~7 and 30 and has aa~ail~ble
for distribution at this time on account of said property the sum

- of $205.00.
f 5. That the City af Fart Pierce lias agreed to pay your
~ petitioner for 'all of Lots 29 and 30 above the sum of $750. 00,

~ which petitioner believes to be a fair and reasonable price for

6. Therefore, petitioner desires to sell said property
- to the City of Fort Pierce abwe described as:
