condeamatinn, has a~.quired the property of said ward d~scribed as
the north 30 feet of Lots 26, 2?, and 30 in the A. J. Bolen Sub-
division as in Plat Book 4 at.PBge 38, of the St. Lucie County,
Florida Public Records and has available at this time for distri-
~ b~tion on account of said property the sum of $2Q5.00.
And it further•appearing that the City of.Fort Pierce
h~s agreed to paq petitioner for all of Lota 29 an3 3Q in A. J.
Bolen Subdivision as specifically described above rhe sum of

And it further appearing that it is to the best interest

~ of the ward for said property to be sold and that no notice of

~ the filing of petition for leave to sell is necessary or desirable
