Thia cauee came on for trial the 8th day of November, 1977, and the
Court having given ~ull conaideration to all the evidence, finds and determiries:
Thia Court has ~uriadiction ef Ehe parties and subject matter of thia suit; that
the relation of t~usband and wife aaw eaiets betWeen the partiea; and that the
marriage bet~ieen the parties is irretrievably broken and ahould be diesolved.
It ia thereupon

1. DIS90I~JTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HAROLD SIANB and
~ AVONBLL C. SLOriB be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and ~ach
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds af matrimony heretofore exiating

~ bet~aeen them and ~rom the obligatione arising therefrom.

f 2. PROPffitTY. The Separation and Property Settlemenf Agreement dated
October 10, 1977 admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by re-

~ ference and the partiea are ordered to comply with the provieion thereof inter
alia the provision-providing to vit:
Com~enciag one moath after date, the husband shall pay on the eame
day of each moath the sum of $200.00 per month for 12 monthe and the se3d sum
shall reduce to $150.00 per month for 12 months thereafter making a total of
24 moaths for payment of rehabilitative aZimony terminatiug per the incorporated
- agreement. ~ _
8ach payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Cvurt and by hia

remitted promptly to AVONBLL C. SIANB. In additioa there ie hereby asseased the
