' THIS CAUSE having com~ betore the Court on Petitioner's °
Rule To Show Cause an3 Respondent having been present in Court and

the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent is not held in contempt
of Court, however, he sha~l be required to pay to the Petitioner for
the benefit of FREDDIE BATTLE, born 1/11/60; FREDA BATTLE, born :
10%30/62; and CARMELIA BATTLE, born 3/9/64, minor children, the sum ~

of $17.50 per week, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's

fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These payments ~
are to begin on the 8th day of November, 1977, and thereafter on ~
Tuesday of each and every week; that said payments shall be made in ~
cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk.of ~

the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the said.Clerk ~ ~

~ shall transmit the said paym~nts to: Wayne County Prokiation Department, ~
i Support Bureau, Court House, Lyons, New York 14489. ;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AAiD ADJUDGED that_should the Respondent =

Circuit Court of St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida, each week of his unemploy-
